ROTARY HOUSE and GARDEN Tour 2021

More than 12 homes and gardens in the Cromwell - Pisa - Bannockburn region are set to go on display on the 30th October 2021 for the third Rotary House and Garden tour.  All the money from ticket sales will be going K9 Medical Detection New Zealand to support their work to improve the health outcomes of all New Zealanders through the use of genetically selected dogs working in a controlled clinical environment to assist in the early detection of cancer and other diseases. A wonderful group of sponsors have agreed again this year to cover all the project's organisational costs such as advertising, printing, ticket distribution etc, so in purchasing a ticket you are in effect making a significant donation to K9 Medical Detection New Zealand and getting to have a very enjoyable day in and around Cromwell.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of the nature of the terrain at some houses, there is no wheelchair access, nor are the visits in general, toddler or young child friendly.

Registrations for the event are now closed - thank you for your support.
For those who have signed up and paid - please keep an eye on your eMail inbox for detailed instructions.
General Tour Information
After successful registration and Payment - you will be sent a confirmation email.  Then, on or about 28th October, you will be emailed your official ticket and the address of the House where you will start the tour.  This is a change from previous years to enable a quick and distributed start to the event.  All members of your booking will be assigned to the same starting House.
Please present your photo ID and an electronic copy (for example on a mobile device or tablet) or printed copy of your ticket at your allocated House to begin your tour. The name on your ticket must match the ID shown for entry.
Please move numerically around the homes on the map provided (House one goes to house two etc. If you start at house 12, your next house will be house one). You will receive an identity wristband. Please wear the wristband at all times – it is your entry to all the homes.
Make sure you wear comfortable walking shoes. You’ll need to remove them and carry them with you as many of the homes have different entry and exit points. You will be given a shoe bag upon registration.
NO handbags please. These amazing homes are filled with interesting items that can easily be knocked over if you are carrying extra bags. Shoe bags may be inspected when leaving each home.
Each house will be open from 10am to 4pm. The last entry to the houses is at 3.30pm. Park on the street, not down driveways unless directed by volunteers on the day.
Allow plenty of time. Children and babies are not permitted. We regret there is no wheelchair access. Please use public restrooms and respect the homeowners’ hospitality.
You are visiting private homes and we ask that you please refrain from eating, drinking, and smoking. TAKING PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ON OR IN THE PROPERTIES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No food and beverages will be available at the houses. Do not enter cordoned-off or private areas, open cupboards, touch homeowners’ belongings or sit on furniture.
Our volunteers have generously given up their time to help out on the day. We ask that you adhere to their guidance.
