The 29th Annual Lake Dunstan Fishing Classic
Sunday November 12th 2023
In association with Central Otago Hunting & Fishing and the Rotary Club of Cromwell.
This is a serious fishing competition with a family flavour.
Date / Venue: Sunday 12th November 2023 - Lake Dunstan
Weigh-in: Starts at 2pm at the Lowburn Hall, Lowburn Inlet, Lake Dunstan.
All fish must be presented for weigh-in by no later than 4:00pm
Net proceeds from this event will be used for local Community Projects.

Online registrations are now closed. However, you are able to Register in person (with cash) between 6am and 8am on the morning of the 12th November at the Lowburn Hall. Note: CASH ONLY
The Entry Forms you are sent or given on the day must be presented when you arrive at weigh-in with your fish.
Costs are*:
- Child - under 12 years old - FREE
- Junior - between 12 and 17 years old inclusive - $6.00
- Adult - 18 years and older - $20.00
*Ages are as at the 1st October 2023
All participants must hold a valid, current sports fishing license and be aware of, and comply with, the Sports Fishing Regulations for the Otago Region. To download a copy of the current rules for the competition - Click here
