The Club Christmas Get-Together:

This year we will be having a Sunday lunch on December the 4th, starting at 12noon, in the garden at Matt Connell Wines off State Highway 6 on the corner of Thelma Place.

We will dine al fresco style at round tables under the spreading walnut tree in the beautifully sheltered garden behind the wine tasting building there.

Party goers are asked to pay $10 per person and contribute a small starter plate or a bowl of salad or some sweet treats to the menu.

The lunch Menu:

  • Starter plates laid out on the round tables
  • A main course buffet of Christmas Ham, salads, fresh bread and condiments
  • Sweet treats with tea and coffee

We will be inviting some old friends and special guests to join us, and there will be spot prizes and a mystery entertainment performance.

Can you please bring a bucket/bag with you, with all the utensils you will need to eat the meal and drink your beverage, we are trying to be eco friendly by not using disposable plates and cutlery.

Beverages:

We will supply fruit juice and water. Wines will need to be purchased from Matt Connell Wines by the bottle. They have a Pinot Gris, a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Please bring your own wine glass

If you prefer to drink something different from wine or juice you are welcome to bring that with you.

Parking:

There is plenty of parking behind the tasting room with flat easy access into the enclosed garden. Follow the driveway through the olive grove to find the carpark and your entry to the garden.

Payment:

Please pay $10 for each person you register into the Rotary Club account 060921 0065220 00 and use  your surname and the word Xmas as your reference.
